Joel Mezistrano: Joel is a versatile technology executive with 12 year of experience in dealing with complex enterprise technology. Joel’s areas of expertise include Information Security, Application Development, Offshore Development, Technology Strategy, and Project Management. Joel has split his career between commercial and custom software development while working at companies like Accenture, and InterWorld before founding Biltong Global. Joel’s roles have ranged from VP of Consulting, to VP of Engineering, Business Process Analyst, and Direct Sales while serving clients such as Disney, Nike, Sony, Verizon, startup technology companies, and others in the Financial Services and Healthcare verticals. Joel is a CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) and graduated with honors from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Aaron Weissberger: Aaron has over 16 years of experience in business software and services. Aaron has served at the executive level for companies in the enterprise application arena, and has founded services companies to serve the same space. Aaron’s experiences include that of designing, building and deploying new applications built on emerging technologies into mission critical areas of a business. Aaron has worked with early stage as well as mature organizations to adopt the necessary changes to leverage the new applications and take advantage of new marketing opportunities. Aaron has also spent time developing and implementing methodologies for sales, professional services for software deployment as well as software development lifecycle (SDLC’s) for a variety of companies and clients. Aaron has worked with companies like Bank of America, Guess, Mattel, Lucy, National Bank of Canada, Tickets.com and many others in a variety of industries. Aaron has worked for technology companies like CapitalStream, QStrategies, SSA and Epicor. Prior to that Aaron worked for PWC and E&Y respectively where he earned his CPA and ran a business consulting practice. Aaron graduated with his BS in Business and Accounting from Hayward State University.
